Field Positions/Production



Painter – Responsible for painting exterior projects

Painter Pay Compensation: $7,000-$8,500/Season

Foreman – The primary job site contact. Duties include painting exterior projects, motivating the paint crew, communicating all related information with the Client and Production Manager, and to ensure that each assigned project meets the Twin City Painting standard. 

Foreman Pay Compensation: $8,000-$10,500/Season

Production Manager – Manages 3-5 Foreman/Painter crews. Duties include training all Foreman/Painters, delivering and maintaining all job related equipment and supplies, managing all customer related issues/concerns, and reporting all job related information to the Production Supervisor on a nightly basis.

Production Manager Compensation package:
Company Vehicle, $15,000-$18,000/Season

Production Supervisor – Manages 3-5 Production Managers. Duties include training all Production Managers, overseeing all aspects of production and customer service, and ensuring the Twin City Painting standard of exterior painting is achieved.

Production Supervisor Compensation Package:
Company Vehicle, $25,000-$40,000/Season

Full-Time/Pre-Production Positions


Operations Manager – Responsible for all office related tasks and is the center of all communication for Twin City Painting employees and customers. Duties include employee recruiting, project scheduling, and managing client relations.

Operations Manager Compensation Pay:
$25,000-$30,000/Anually

Color Consultant – Assists all clients in choosing paint color. Duties include meeting with all clients, finding colors that work (within the confines of the contract) and expediting the color selection process.

Color Consultant Compensation Package:
Company Vehicle, $35,000 - $40,000/Anually

Washing Assistant – Assistant to the Pressure Washer. Tasks include hand scrubbing all surfaces of painting project, and any other necessary tasks needed to be done at time of washing.

Washing Assistant Compensation Pay:
$6,500 – $8,000/Season

Pressure Washer – Responsible for operating pressure washing equipment. Duties include pressure washing and rinsing all projects, and insuring all surfaces of project are hand scrubbed by the washing assistant. These duties are performed prior to the paint crew’s arrival

Pressure Washer Compensation Package:
Company Vehicle, $15,000-$18,000/Season

Sales Representative – Responsible for generating sales. Duties include meeting with perspective clients, conducting project estimates, writing contracts and reporting all related sales information to the Sales Manager.

Sales Representative Compensation Package:
Company Vehicle, $40,000 – $60,000/Anually

Sales Manager - Manages all sales related aspects of Twin City Painting. Responsibilities include training and supervising all new sales representatives, providing estimates/contracts for perspective clients, and ensuring sales goals are achieved.
