Q: What are the basic requirements for this job?
A. To work for us, you must be at least eighteen, have a valid driver
license, be able to lift 50 lbs., have a neat appearance, and be ready to climb
ladders.
Q: How much money can I make this summer?
A: Minimum compensation is $7,000. To receive this, you must work 11 hours per
day, 6 days per week, for a 12 week minimum.
You must also work the entire length of your agreement and receive a 5/5
rating on the client rating card 85% of the time..
Q: Why wouldn’t a customer give me a 5/5 rating
on the client rating card?
A: A customer wouldn’t give a 5/5 if they felt the job was not being done as promised, or if the crew did not respect the wishes of the client.
Q: Where are the jobs sites that I’ll be working
on?

Q: What is the difference between a painter and
foreman?
A:
The foreman is the primary job site contact for both the client and the
production manager. Both employees are
responsible for completing the paint job, but the foreman is in charge of
communication.
Q: I can’t commit to working the entire
summer. Will you still hire me?
A: If
you are a good candidate for the job, then we will hire you. We would work out a compensation package that
is fair to both of us.
Q: I’ve never painted before. Does that matter?
A:
You do not need any painting experience.
We have a training program to show you what you need to be a successful
painter.
Q: What happens when it rains?
A:
When it is wet out, you’ll be “on call” until 2 pm. If you haven’t been contacted by your manager
by then, you will not be working that day.
A: It
will depend on when your school ends and begins. Your agreement will state the time frame that
works for you, and is agreed upon once you are hired. The longer you work, the greater your earning
potential will be.
Q: What makes
A:
Unlike some of our competitors, we require no financial investment or
risk on your part. We are locally owned,
and do not franchise.
