My summer work experience with TCP was excellent! All of my interactions with TCP preparing for and during the summer were informative and to the point, a testament to their experience in the painting industry. They promised excellent pay in return for lots of hard work. The hours were long and the expectations were high but TCP was never unreasonable with their demands and everything that they do from painting techniques to payroll has a purpose. In my experience the work environment was friendly and supportive, I always felt like TCP was there to help with any problem that might come up. I had the opportunity to work and gain experience working within a large professional company, which will prove invaluable in the future. Painting six days a week for 10 hours a day sounds like a lot, and in many ways it is. However, at the end of the day you feel good about doing a full day of work and the paycheck makes your devotion worth it. TCP values you and the work you do. For example, I started last summer as a novice painter but through my hard work and commitment to the TCP business method I was quickly promoted to the position of foreman. The best testament to TCP and the summer work experience is my decision to continue my employment with TCP this upcoming summer.
